[atrb=border,0,true][atrb=width,450,true][atrb=height,500,true][atrb=style,background-color: #bababa; -moz-border-radius: 20px; padding: 9px; border: 1px solid #991c1c; vertical-align: top; overflow: auto;] STORM'S BLOOD HOUND ► FLAME ATTRIBUTE & ABILITIES STORM (TEMPESTA) FLAME: Arashi no ryōken (Storm Hound) Arashi is the type that doesn't like getting into combat too often, he's more of a hunter and a stealth-type of guy, preferring to stay back and watch what's happening rather than even attempt to fight. Because of this, he manipulates his storm flames into the form of a large dog and controls it in combat. It's a powerful asset to his fighting style, however once Arashi loses his concentration on controlling this weapon, it disappears making him have to fight instead. Him losing concentration can be done in many different ways; managing to land a large blow, however, this can be difficult because he tries to stay out of sight or if he grows bored, his mind might start to wander. Duration: As long as Arashi's concentration in maintained. Concentration can be maintained up to six posts. However, it could be broken sooner if he does indeed lose interest or gets hit. Cool Down: Time is needed for the flames to recharge and this takes about four. RAIN (POIGGIA) FLAMES Ame no shōtotsu (Collision of Rain Meant to be used in tandem with Arashi no ryōken - storm hound, it can also be used by Arashi himself. However, it is mainly reserved for the flame dog to use. A thin coating of rain flames coats the entire body of the dog and then dog barrels into the opponent, the rain flames lowering the defenses of the enemy and then the storm flames doing damage from the collision and from their degenerative property. Arashi does this in a similar manner, only using his hands covered in storm flames with a thin layer of rain flames over the storm flames. When the flames collide with the opponent, the rain flames will again lower the defenses. Duration: Three posts. The rain flames remain for two posts and in this time, the storm hound will chase after it's enemy until the three posts are up. Cooldown: Five posts ► BOX WEAPON Storm Chakrams Upon opening the box, Arashi's main weapon of choice is a pair of Chakrams. These weapons are used for close-combat as well as can be thrown to return to his hand. When thrown, they leave a trail of storm flames. They can also be used in close-combat as shields, to be able to stab with the spikes on the outside, as well as disarm somebody if used correctly. Arashi kyōfū (Storm Gale) Using his chakrams around his wrists, he begins to rapidly spin the weapons around his wrist, forming a ‘storm’ of Storm flames in both directions. He increases the range and spread of his ability by spinning, sending the gale in all directions and increasing the height. Although it can be used as a defensive ability, it can also be used as an offensive ability. During this time, anything that is in range is dealt damage from the storm flames. Range/Spread: The spread of this attack is 360 degrees, in the area of about 19.6 square meters, 50 or so square feet, which is about 2.5 meters in each direction from him, 8 feet, in each direction, including up. Arashi tōboe (Storm Howl) The Box Animal releases a loud howl of Storm flames that disintegrates any flames within range. It also sends box animals back into their boxes, too frightened to leave their box for a certain amount of time. This is especially successful against those with a prey-type box animal such as a deer or a rabbit. Range/Spread: The range of the howl ranges to about a half-mile, however, rather than the sound effecting every direction like most sounds would, it only effects the area in front of it. Think of the surrounding area in a circle with the animal at its center. 180 degrees in front of the animal is the area of effect and on each side of the animal, the howl goes for half the distance of the full distance. So, a 1/4 on each side of the animal. Duration: The howling itself lasts about one post, while the effects of the howl for four posts afterwards. No box animals can be released during this time and flames are incredibly difficult to produce during this time. Cool down: seven post cool down. ► EQUIPMENT Arashi no totsugeki (storm’s assault)- A gift from both Squalo and Xanxus when Arashi officially joined the Varia. The O-Katana had been Arashi's favored weapon during the days he had trained under Squalo. Squalo provided him with a well-make katana in a dark red colored sheath. Because the length of longer than the katana, it is usually seen in a sheath over his back rather than at his side.
