Cloud has the ability to propogate which allows the user to utilise it to make things grow or multiply. Catherine uses these flames to make her storm flames larger and to multiply them thus improving their range.
Batutta Tempesta | Punch Storm
This launches two fists made of storm flames, one from each hand, that have a range of about 10m at the opponent. That is just with storm flames. Its true power comes when it is combined with cloud flames. The cloud flames expand the fists so they are triple the size of her actual fists and multiplies each fist by six so there are a total of twelve giant fists of the storm being launched at the opponent. These can be arranged into various formation depending on what hse feels is best like a cross shape or a wall. Of course, as she has two fists she doesn't have to launch both of them in the same direction.
