ITEM DESCRIPTION: Heavy Rain Dome- Jae creates a dome of Rain flames, loaded with lightning flames. This makes it as tough as reinforced steel and has a radius of 2 meters. Any flames that come in contact with this coat will be nullified and all other attacks will come off as blunt attacks. Jae and whoever else is in the dome won't feel a thing from any outside forces. However, he must concentrate to use the dome and can only formulate plans at best while using this dome. Multiple shots from a powerful gun or well-placed jabs from a strong weapon can probably pierce through.

There's also a very small variation of this which can let him maneuver and fight, but at the expense of size. The dome will be big enough for Jae and Jae alone and he will feel every incoming attack at half its strength. Two or three shots from a powerful revolver is enough to pierce through this version. He can only use this form when he has on his gloves.

Please don't call it "Iron Rain", it gives off the wrong idea. I'd recommend the name "Heavy Rain Coat" because Heavy Rain is actually a thing.

I believe you meant to say "Any flames" not "Sky Flames".



See, the problem I have with this ability is that Lightning flames don't really reinforce, per se. They harden something, meaning you lose flexibility and gain stretngth.

I'm going to need sizing. And a "mini-dome" wouldn't really be a shield, as that'd be another ability entirely.
