Rushing to catch him as he fell, Rai managed to get them inside safely where his father and grandfather quickly took him inside to tend to his wounds. Rai and his siblings weren't permitted to enter the room while the man recovered which, naturally, Rai ignored and snuck in via the roof. He overheard the entire conversation between his father and the wounded man. He was the former guardian of the Lightning Mare Ring who'd given the ring to Grandpa Inazuma, now saying they needed it back and that a great darkness was approaching. And of course, this was the time when the roof beams Raitaro was lying on collapsed and left him sprawled besides the dying man "Raitaro! How dare you spy on... never mind, do you have it?" "The ring! The green ring" (OH CRAAAP)"uhh, can you get more precise?" "The one with the silver wings on it" (CRAPCRAPCRAPCRAPCRAP)"Ummm, the thing is..." Raitaro's foolishness of losing the incredibly important Lightning Mare Ring has driven his father to re-form the Spiaggia famiglia, a group formed to help guard the rings years ago before being wiped out. As the only member, Rai is the de facto leader and has to find all the Mare rings or else risk the world being destroyed. And his dad'll throw him out. [/style]

The Annullare attacked what remained of the Giglio Nero familia and wiped them out leaving barely any survivors. The few remaining members escaped and hid the 7 Mare Rings as best they could, the Guardians all but vanquished (with a few killed) left their seperate ways. For reasons unknown to the Inazuma family (who LIVED there) the other members all apparently hid their rings in Namimori as well. So now, searching for a whole 1/3rd of the Tri-Ni-Set is an unknown monster who's now bearing down on Namimori. With pretty strict time restraints, Rai has to get all the rings together to protect them while, simultaneously, keeping an eye on the Vongola and their business to make sure nothing goes south on their end.

The former guardians so far stated were Feren (Sun), Saya Inazuma (Lightning), Bunshichi Jakuho (Storm) and Varina Rovati (Sheeka's mother) (Mist) all members of Giglio Nero (or Millefiore depending on how you want to look at it). If you want your guardian to be the descendent of one of the original Guardians (i.e for Cloud, Rain or Storm) lemme know and I'll add them here.

While they did merge with the Millefiore, Giglio Nero was the dominant name and Spiaggia was originally just a group dedicated to securing the Mare Rings rather than being part of Giglio Nero proper, meaning they didn't exist in the time of the Decimo (technically, Raitaro is the 3rd leader of Spiaggia but the first boss). Relatively unknown, no-one's really heard of them until recently; they've become the dominant Mafia in Namimori and have a moderate global influence.

Yeah, basically the Spiaggia Familia aren't like most Mafia, the main goal is just to get a hold of and safeguard the Mare Rings after they were rendered unstable by nefarious forces. As such, while each ring has a true guardian to act as the primary, they can also designate secondary guardians to help watch over the ring or 'fake' guardians to help in the deception.

While the enemies are relatively unknown save for the fact he's strong, they need all the manpower they can get so the Spiaggia are accepting a lot of help. Pretty strongly good alligned though. Because of the nature of the group, you need to find your own equipment but Grandpa Inazuma is working on a secret weapon to help out the new familia.

Spiaggia are closely allied with the Vongola because of Yuni's, the former leader of the Giglio Nero, relationship with Tsunayoshi, and Raitaro's trying to re-establish that.

Besides that they have a formal alliance with the Varia and an informal one with Blue Phoenix thanks to Raitaro stubbornly insisting Vico didn't hit him with the car.

Requirements

-Some kind of humour, since Spiaggia is mostly the 'dysfunctional' family, even if your character's completely serious you need to be able to take a joke and play off the other weirdos (You don't need to be Bokke, but you need to Tsukommi)

-Good at solo combat, most of the Guardians are likely to end up in fights by themselves; they're less guarding the boss as they are guarding the rings. More of a freelance family than a close knit team. Not to say they aren't close, but they don't require the others to be effective.

-Joining method, a number of people are recruited through Raitaro's father or other former Spiaggia sub-ordinates but you can join by the merits of already having the Ring or simply befriending an existing guardian

-As an addendum, activity. Pretty lenient but you need to log in at least once a month and drop by the C-box to keep your post otherwise you could get demoted to secondary if you're a primary.

Raitaro Inazuma- Raitaro is leader of the Spiaggia despite being known as a moronic idiot by his blood family as well as his mafia family, he is quite skilled in the use of a spear. He’s rather lazy and hyper-active and would rather flirt with girls and do anything else besides being a mafia boss. Despite all this, his heart is in the right place.

Sheeka Riva- The "little brother" of the Spiaggia family, Sheeka is known for a love of cute things and his annoyances with being short. Having lost his family at a young age and being adopted, Sheeka cares about his new family more than anything in the world. He is also considered Raitaro's "Right Hand" or "Babysitter."

Sayomi- Sayomi is probably the most 'insane' out of the entire family. She has a streak of sadism as well as a love for cute things much like Sheeka; however, instead of getting along, Sayomi prefers trying to plot how to take the Mist mare ring from the primary guardian.

Noboru Hibari- Kyoya Hibari's grandson, Noboru shares many of Hibari's quirks including a dislike of crowding and a want to bite people to death for disturbing the peace. He tends to be a terrible flirt and enjoys flirting with any female in sight.
