However, he only acts that way because he feels awkward trying starting a conversation. That, and he's rather shy around women around his age. A fact that he hides rather well with cold glares and sometimes even ignoring them completely. This causes people to see him as arrogant and sometimes even ignorant. Once someone's warmed up to Vico, he rids himself of his cold and distant mask and reveals part of his kinder side. He can speak somewhat freely around these people and he will do nothing to hurt them. However, he'd still be somewhat shy and will still have the tendency to stay quiet and avoid them. And, if Vico warms up to a person, he breaks most of his restraints. Speaking won't be an issue and he will see them as the most valuable people in his life, second to his true family. In general, he's a kind person at heart; while he wouldn't just walk up to any stranger and offer them help, he has his own way of showing he cares. His father was the boss of a once prominent yakuza group before the Vongola was known in Japan. The group acted much like the first generation of Vongola: as a vigilante group set to protect its home. However, once the Vongola pretty much became a huge influence in Japan, the yakuza group slowly dwindled away into nothing. By the time Vico was born, the group was down to only 50 loyal members and his father as boss. He was taught how to defend himself from a very young age while doing everything a normal kid would do. He went to school, he played sports and games with other kids his age, all the while not knowing about the yakuza on behalf of his mother's request. By 13, he stumbled across an old room in his house and found many objects related to the yakuza. When he showed them to his parents, they decided to tell him about the group his father was in charge of. And to his parents' surprise, he happily accepted that fact and even said he'd be happy to take over. A couple more years passed by and Vico's now 18. His father was getting old. Too old to keep on looking over the group. Vico was given a choice to take control as soon as he graduated high school, or to pursue a degree first and then take over. Much to his mother's chagrin, Vico went with the former. However, he had planned out everything beforehand and was ready to move on as a musician if the group ever flatlined, which comforted his mother slightly. Now, Vico is 19 and has control over the whole group, which he promptly renamed Blue Phoenix. ► inventory check "N/A" ► AFFILIATION Boss of the Blue Phoenix ► ALIGNMENT Chaotic Good ► FLAME ATTRIBUTE & ABILITIES Rain Flames: Tranquility Rain Blast: He makes a fist and concentrates his flames there. Then, he punches the air, releasing a concentrated wave of rain flames about the size of his hand. Its range is decent (30m), but the tranquility effect will be weak if hit from really far away. It really gets effective once an enemy's in half that range, which can cause numbing and drowsiness depending on where the blast hit. If punched directly with the blast, however, the target will lose control of the hit body part for a good period of time. If hit in the stomach, however, the whole body will be numbed considerably. The only true weakness of this is that he'll be left immobile for a split moment, which can mean everything in a real fight. That, and it can't change direction if shot like a wave. Duration: 2 posts from max. range 4 posts from half range 8 posts from direct hit Cooldown: 4 posts ► BOX WEAPON Rain Pistol: It's a custom-made semi-automatic pistol whose design is based on the Desert Eagle. While it is capable of shooting regular bullets, Vico can create his own bullets and store them in the cartridge (8 max). These rain bullets fly rather far (50m) and cause little to no recoil when shot. However, these bullets cause no real harm unless it hits the target up close (5m). It numbs the hit area and, depending on how close the target is, spreads the numbness accordingly. A headshot from 25m and closer results in immediate knock out. Takes 2 posts to create a full mag. 3 post cooldown after the mag is filled. ► BOX ANIMAL Pu the Blue "Phoenix" It's not really a phoenix but more of a bluebird. It can act as a scout and can disguise itself as any other bird. Rain Suppressor: While Pu isn't meant for combat, it can help out Vico. It can coat its beak with rain flames and peck on enemies. One peck is all its capable of before it rests, but its enough to numb a whole hand if pecked in the middle of the palm or back of the hand. It has to be able to make full contact with skin for it to work.
