I need someone to make a character that will be Vico's good buddy.
-The character must be 18-21 years old
-The character must know Vico beforehand as his best bud.
-FC must be Kuwabara, Hiei, or Kurama from Yu Yu Hakusho
=Kuwabara must know how to play drums, Hiei bass, and Kurama piano.
-Preferably, I'd like to have the character be Vico's right hand man/Vice of the Blue Phoenix.
Everything else like name and flames are all free for you to choose. Of course, you can always have the character be a civilian, but what's the fun in that?
